2011 Transition Clinic

About Us

Founded in 2010, by Chris Day and Darcy Brown, the Cambridge Multisport Club was started to bring together male and female adult athletes of all levels to benefit from group training as a way to promote healthy living.  One of our primary goals is to introduce and support new athletes to the sport of triathlon and duathlon.

In 2011, we are still swimming, biking and running as a club with a 50/50 split male/female with all levels of athletes from the first time triathlete to the seasoned Ironman athlete.

In 2012, we won the Triathlon Ontario Club Championships for the third year in a row.

2013 has started with new energy - we are looking forward to working out with new and old members.

We are a social club and you can train with us all year round.

Training Events would include Time Trials, Indoor Spinning, Yoga, 100 Day Run Challenge, Coffee Rides, Brick Training, Open Water swims, Training Camp, Transition Clinic sand so on...

Most of all it is about having FUN!

Cambridge Multisport Club is a non-profit organization whose annual membership and ancillary fees cover the cost of OAT membership and the expenses that arise from conducting club business, group workouts and seminars.
