Fall / Winter Indoor Spin 2012-2013

Our 2013 weekly winter indoor spin training is in full swing now. We are spinning for 2 hours on Saturday morning from 8am to 10am. 

It is a great chance to get out with a group and log some kilometers on your bike trainer to get that base in place for an energized start to the race season this year.

The Saturday spinning will end in April.


Yoga classes will be on Feb 2, Feb 9, Feb 23 and Mar 9.
